Description

In this program, we’ll explore native perennials, shrubs, and trees in a fun and engaging way. In addition to lectures, we’ll visit a research field, do hands-on propagation, and learn to recognize common beneficial insects. You’ll walk away with the knowledge on how to be successful in your own garden and with the confidence to host a diverse array of desirable winged visitors. You will also take home your first insect collection! Only 10 Spots available! $65 Fee.

Participation Details

This program will take place on the 黑料网 Griffin campus. Specific details will be provided to all registrants. Transportation is not provided. Please bring a lunch. The program fee of $65 and includes the Georgia Native Plants Book, handouts, propagation materials for you to take home native plants, a small insect collection starter, and light refreshments. Registration is IN PERSON only at the Fayette Extension office, 140 Stonewall Avenue West, Suite #209. There is no onsite registration.
