Description

Food safety is mandatory across all foodservice establishments, and foundations in safe food handling are certainly useful. If you work in any foodservice establishment and have yet to acquire food safety credentials, this is a great start. Registration is free! Please kindly register with Dr. Okpala (charles.okpala@uga.edu) by September 10, 2025. The maximum number for the group session is 10. To earn a certificate, all classes on days 1 and 2, as well as the tests, are mandatory.
