4-H Youth Development

4-H assists young people to acquire knowledge, develop life skills, and form attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive and contributing members of society through “hands-on” learning experiences.

4-H is part of 黑料网 Extension the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.

Meet our 4-H Agent:? Mrs. Ali Brehm.

We are so excited to start this year, 2025-2026, with Mrs. Ali. She is a life long 4-H member starting in the fifth grader and continued as an adult volunteer leader. She is also an experienced elementary school teacher have taught for six years.? She is looking forward to engaging with our youth and the opportunity to work with our community parents, educators and leaders.?

Gloria Jezierska is one of our most active 4-Hers! Gloria was elected by her peers as a 2025-2026 Northeast Georgia board member. With this responsibility, Gloria, along with other elected officers, will plan and facilitate 4-H events for all of Northeast Georgia!? From leading younger 4-H’ers to exploring and networking at Georgia’s State Capitol, she touches the hearts and encourages others around her.?

Georgia 4-H Llivestock Show Season has begun!

Our members have had success in the show ring winning various ribbons in both weight classes and showmanship.?

The Georgia National Fair will be held in Perry, Georgia on October 2 -12, 2025.? Shout out to our hard-working Livestock Club members!?
