Enrollment Information

All youth must be enrolled in the Georgia 4-H System each program year before they can participate with any of our Local 4-H Clubs & Programs or Project Achievement.

• Completing the online enrollment form will NOT register youth for any of the Local 4-H Clubs, Project Achievement or Summer programs.??
• The online enrollment form enters youth into the Georgia 4-H database only.?
  
• Additionally, this form needs to be completed for all public, private, and home school youth in August at the beginning of each program year.?
  
• To join any Camden County 4-H activities, contact the 4-H agent.
  

After communicating with the 4-H Agent, complete the below online enrollment form to enter youth into the Georgia 4-H enrollment database.? A paper form is also available upon request.

In an effort to provide our youth with the highest level of privacy and safety, all members of this group must be granted access by one of our administrators.? Parents and family members of participating youth in the Camden County 4-H program along with Camden County Stakeholders are typically the only members allowed.
